MAKING A RESERVATION

Basically, there are 3 steps involved in making a reservation:

  1. Locate the trip or tour which you wish to reserve by checking availability.
  2. Enroll as a TRS Frequent User and determine your USER ID and PASSWORD (FREE!)
  3. Reserve the trip or tour.
STEP ONE: CHECKING AVAILABILITY

If you already know the number of a trip or tour which you would like to view, scroll down and select QUICK QUERY then enter the trip/tour number in the box provided and click on Search for Trip.

If you wish to make a general search of availability, select an Activity, a Destination, and an Accommodation, then click on Search for Providers. Providers who have entered availability will have a CHECK box in the AVAILABILITY column. From this location you can:

  • Email the Provider for further information or to make special requests.
  • Check availability either by clicking in the white box labeled Check near the Providers' name and clicking on CHECK AVAILABILITY at the bottom of the page, or by going to Providers' brochure by clicking on their name. If you wish to see availability for more than one Provider, click more than one box. *NOTE: Click on CHECK ALL DATES to see more than the current months' availability.
  • See Destination Profiles
  • See individual brochures by clicking on the Providers' name.
  • View a list of Tour Operators for the selected destination
  • Book the trip

Once you have decided upon a particular trip or tour, indicate the number of spaces you which to reserve in the blank space provided. When this is done, click on RESERVE NOW and review the reservation information.

STEP TWO: ENROLL

(If you have previously enrolled and have a USER ID and USER PASSWORD, skip this step and go directly to STEP 3.)

If you don't have a USER ID and Password, you must first Enroll by clicking on User Information. After entering all pertinent data, back-click twice to the Reservation Review and Complete page.

* Please note: The data we require for enrollment is not used for any reason other than to prevent others from changing or canceling your reservations, and to allow the provider to contact you regarding your reservation, as well as to notify you of any changes to or problems with the trip you booked. Please make note of your UserID and Password so that you will be able to display and change the reservations you have made. Use of this ID and Password will facilitate future reservations as well.

STEP THREE: RESERVE

Enter your USER ID, PASSWORD, and any comments you wish to enter. Then click on FINISH RESERVATION. You will be given a CONFIRMATION NUMBER. (You may wish to make a note of your Confirmation Number for future reference)

SEARCHING FOR SPECIALS OR HOT DEALS

Click on Search Specials or Search Hot Deals. The simplest way is to click on SEARCH ALL SPECIALS.   If you wish to search for specials in a particular area, select an Activity, a Destination, and an Accommodation, then click on Search for Specials (or Hot Deals). Select the Provider whose availability you wish to check by clicking inside the small white box labeled Please Check, then clicking on Check Availability. To see availability for all listed Providers, check all white boxes before clicking on Check Availability.

REVIEWING RESERVATIONS

On the Review Reservations page, you may review reservations individually by entering a Confirmation Number, or all at once by enter your TRS User ID and TRS Password.

CHANGING A RESERVATION

On the Change Reservation page, entering your confirmation number will show the applicable reservation and give you the opportunity to modify the reservation by canceling it. You may then check availability and class of accommodations on alternate dates and make a new reservation, or modify the canceled reservation by entering new information.

NAVIGATING THE SYSTEM

Navigae TRS by using the links in the NAVIGATION TOOLBAR in the left-hand column. Use the TRS Logo at the top of the page to return to the main page.

Once you have selected an ACTIVITY and a DESTINATION, then SEARCH FOR PROVIDERS, the LIST OF PROVIDERS page is displayed.  You will find links on this page to view Destination Profiles and a List of Tour Operators for the selected region.
